MoveForFree.com announced company growth of five percent over the past year. Growth in the company's industry shows Dallas multi-family units with 0.6 percent growth of overall occupancy over the year and the third most-approved multi-family units planned for the future at 8,554 units. The increase is seen as opportunity for apartment-locator market.

MoveForFree.com, an apartment locating company that offers free moves, has announced growth of five percent over the past year. Dallas occupancy rates are the highest they’ve been in more than a decade.

In one year, as reported by alndata.com, the overall occupancy of Dallas multifamily units has increased 0.6 percent, higher than the state average and nationally, Dallas has the third most approved multifamily units planned for the future at 8,554.

MoveForFree.com has seen its company grow as with the increasing population of Dallas and the budding student market. Dallas is the ninth largest city in the United States and the third largest in Texas with a population of 1,223,229. According to O’Connor & Associates, 15,050 units are in the construction pipeline, spread over 56 projects. More than 22 percent of the units (3,415) are current pre-leasing.
