In his new book, “Panic Attacks: Why They Were Worth Experiencing” (published by Balboa Press), author Paul Ianni writes about his life and what has led to his panic attacks, which began at age 50. This inspirational story shares Ianni’s journey through recovering from debilitating panic attacks to achieving a happy and healthy life full of peace and love.
At the height of his panic attacks, Ianni was desperate for a miracle cure – but he soon discovered that there was no such thing. A year after the first panic attack, his life was back to normal – and it was then that he realized his normal life had always been full of anxiety and fear.
Using techniques that had previously helped him overcome academic difficulties, Ianni was able to transform his life from panic and anxiety to peace and love. He conquered a lifetime of self-doubt and self-defeating negativity, learning to use his brain in a positive way to defeat his panic attacks.
“These techniques are simple to use and achievable by anyone,” Ianni tells readers. Combining his techniques with what he has learned about new age thinking, “Panic Attacks” shares what enabled Ianni to turn his life around, offering hope to those suffering the same troubles.
“I do believe the panic attacks were a wake-up call to me for a better life, and I am grateful to have experienced them, now having found peace both mentally and physically.”
