Halloween is a great time to get the whole family involved in decorating and activities. For many families, spending a large amount on decorations is simply out of the question. Instead, building Halloween themed items is a great way to spend time together and make memories.

Stem casters, like the ones sold by Access Casters, are an inexpensive item that can be used in many creative ways for Halloween. Typically used in medical facilities, stem casters are wheels that can be attached to almost anything that has a hole to accommodate the stem.

For example, if a coffin is usually part of the haunted house décor, drill small holes on the bottom and add casters to make it easier to move around the home. If the children in the home are younger, use caster wheels to make them a rolling carriage that matches their costume. If they are dressed as pumpkins, take a wooden box and affix leaves and vines to the sides, and put stem casters on the bottom, so they have their own portable pumpkin patch, which they can ride in when they get tired of trick or treating.

Multi-purpose casters are a somewhat new product. Typically, most of the products sold by Access Casters are medical casters.

“Access Casters is a market leader in bringing new innovative casters to the market place. We have over 60 years of combined caster experience. We have extensive domestic and offshore manufacturing resources,” said Kelly Piechocki of Access Casters.

In addition to all purpose caster wheels, Access Casters offers medical casters, wheels, and other components. The Chicago-based retailer is well known for their focus on customer service and low pricing.
