Jonathan Lupo, Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Empathy Lab, will share his extensive experience and insights on the design, development and deployment of TV Everywhere experiences with Digital Hollywood conference attendees on October 17th, 2012. This includes working with a globally diverse group of media companies including Liberty Global, Rogers Communications, Comcast, Cogeco, DirecTV, Lionsgate, Music Choice, NBC Universal, Sony, Style Network, Telenet, UPC, WWE, the DECE (UltraViolet), and others.
Jonathan oversees the Experience Design Department within Empathy Lab, which is inclusive of the User Experience, Visual Design and Content disciplines. His leadership as CXO dissolves the bifurcated approach of separate disciplines working linearly and demands ongoing discussion and collaborative problem-solving. By blurring the lines between disciplines, Jonathan’s directive places less focus on what happens within each area of expertise, and more focus on the process of moving quickly and collaboratively to a high-fidelity experience.
