When you visualize and use present tense affirmations, you begin to pull yourself into a healthier, more fulfilling future.

Visualization, affirmations and the guidance of Agape founder Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith all helped actress Christina Applegate retain her role in the Broadway musical ‘Sweet Charity’ after breaking her foot.
“I fought harder [to stay in the musical] than I've ever had to fight for anything in my life, and pushed through a great deal of physical and emotional pain,” Applegate recently told Redbook Magazine.
According to Applegate, Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith told her, “You don't have a luxury of any negative thought right now. You've got to meditate and visualize doctors telling you that you're a miracle, that they have never seen anyone grow and heal faster."
After making meditation, visualization and affirmations a part of her daily practice, Applegate’s doctors were shocked by her progress after just two weeks.
“I went to the doctor and he said: You're a miracle. I've never seen anyone grow and heal faster than you have," said Applegate.
According to Women’s Health Magazine, Applegate also used positive affirmations to help pull herself through her treatment for breast cancer, posting them around her home to help her stay upbeat and positive towards her recovery. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, Applegate underwent a double mastectomy in 2008.
Law of Attraction guru and Mind Movies co-founder Natalie Ledwell agrees that visualization and affirmations can be powerful tools for promoting faster healing.
“Many people spend their mental energy replaying events from the past,” said Ledwell. “But when you visualize and use present tense affirmations, you begin to pull yourself into a healthier, more fulfilling future. Do this on a regular basis, and you’ll find that circumstances around you begin to align with this new future faster than you may think.”
Over 1 million people worldwide have already received Natalie Ledwell’s free pre-made Mind Movies, which are dynamic moving video vision boards that help viewers visualize and achieve their desires and goals faster and easier than they ever thought possible.
