Most offer or help arrange catering and other services. Groups also benefit with Temecula hotels/motels/resorts’ Sunday-through-Thursday mid-week (better-than-weekend) group rates.” Available year-round, all venues require advance reservations. Casual, picturesque Temecula Valley is 1-hour from Orange County, Palm Desert, San Diego; 1½-hours from Los Angeles.

1-Stone House: Temecula Creek Inn
On 350 private acres, Temecula Creek Inn’s Stone House is a secluded, 150-year-old, granite-and-stone building. Its rustic elegance is ideal for full-day/multi-day executive-retreats, wine-dinners; 36-50 people maximum. Also on-site is exceptional golfing.

2-Olive View Ranch: Temecula Olive Oil Company
Temecula Olive Oil’s 26-acre Olive View Ranch provides an alfresco/outdoor venue among olive groves, flower-and-vegetable gardens. It is excellent for brainstorming, teambuilding, seminars; 25-60 maximum; receptions/celebrations, 200-400. Also available are ranch tours, olive oil tasting.

3-Carter Reserve Room: South Coast Winery
South Coast’s Carter Reserve Room is finely crafted with cherry-wood, wood-beam ceiling, wooden tables, marble-topped sideboards. It is perfect for full-day/multi-day conferences, business-dinners; 40 maximum. Also on-site is GrapeSeed Spa.

4-Vu Terrace: Callaway Winery
Temecula Valley Southern California Wine Country’s newest venue is Callaway’s Vu Terrace. Modern, contemporary, it features 250-300o wine-country views. It is perfect for full-day conferences, seminars; 30-50 maximum. Also available is “Private Winery Tour and Wine-Tasting.”

5-The MERC: Old Town Temecula
Historic 1891 Mercantile Building is now The MERC with club-style performance space, tall 19th-century-brick walls, superb acoustics. It is wonderful for speaker-audience engagement; group bookings welcome most Mondays-Tuesdays-Wednesdays; 48 maximum. Also available on-occasion is 361-seat, Old Town Temecula Theater.

6-Champagne Caves: Thornton Winery
Champagne Caves at French-Mediterranean, Thornton estate offer private venue within stonewalls for full-day/multi-day conferences, theme events; 50 maximum. Also available is “Private Wine Tasting with Winemaker.”

7-Journey at Pechanga Outdoor Venue
Under a 200-year-old oak tree, overlooking Journey golf course is an awe-inspiring setting. This “outside-the-box” venue is great for brainstorming, strategic-planning, teambuilding; 80-100 maximum. Also consider golfing the Arthur-Hills designed course.

8-Harveston House: Harveston Center
Welcoming with cottage architectural-design, Harveston House overlooks peaceful, 30-acre Harveston Lake. It works well for all-day/multi-day conferences; 75 maximum. Nearby is 19.5-acre Harveston Park with fields for teambuilding activities, softball, football, soccer.

9-Barrel Room: Wiens Family Cellars
The Wiens Barrel Room evokes classic Temecula Valley Southern California Wine Country ambiance. Lined with French- and American-oak barrels, it is ideal for full-day/multi-day meetings, formal dinners; 50 maximum. Also available is tasting of Bordeaux-style wines.

10-The Welty Room: Temecula Olive Oil Company
Old Town 1890 Welty Building was originally a storehouse/store; today, Temecula Olive Oil Company. The upstairs Welty Room features high ceiling, hardwood floors, natural light. It is ideal for meetings, training, book-signings; 30-40 maximum. Also available are olive oil tasting, cooking/artisan food classes.

11-Rotunda Dining Room: Baily’s Old Town Temecula
Baily’s Old Town is handsome, neo-Romanesque. Upstairs, the elegant Rotunda Dining Room (high ceiling, grand-chandelier, bay windows) is stunning for conferences; 38 maximum. Baily’s also offers meeting/dining venues for 16-136 people.

12-Cava di Vino: Mount Palomar Winery
Within Early California-style Mount Palomar Winery, Cava di Vino is original cave for wine tanks and barrels. It works well for conferences, working lunches; 50 maximum. Also available is wine tasting.

13-Above The Bank: The Bank Mexican Restaurant
Old Town’s 1914 First National Temecula Bank is today The Bank Mexican Restaurant. Originally executive-offices, the second floor Above The Bank is now a private banquet/meeting room with views of Old Town Front Street; 25-36 maximum. Also consider Temecula Valley Museum’s guided, historic Old Town walking-tour for landmarks, colorful characters.

14-Old World Wine Cave: Europa Village Winery
Europa Village Old World Wine Cave is charming for all-day/multi-day meetings, retreats; 50-60 maximum. Also consider Hot Air Ballooning over Temecula Valley Southern California Wine Country: soaring silently with incredible views.

15-Barrel Room: Callaway Winery
Aged-oak barrels, muted color-tones, classic chandeliers accent Callaway’s stately Barrel Room. It is excellent for full-day meetings, seminars, incentives, celebrations; adjustable to any-size, 250 maximum.

16-Outdoor Amphitheater: Community Recreation Center
Semi-private hillside, convenient seating, clearly visible stage-area comprise the Outdoor Amphitheater. It is excellent for presentations, product debuts; 300-350 maximum. Nearby is 128-acre Sports Park with fields for teambuilding activities, softball, football, soccer.
