Lex Levinrad, the founder of the Distressed Real Estate Institute has trained thousands of new real estate investors how to invest in Distressed Real Estate. Distressed Real Estate includes investing in foreclosures, short sales and bank owned properties. Levinrad will be teaching new investors how to buy, fix and flip bank owned properties and short sales at the Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp in South Florida. This three-day boot camp shows new investors how to find and locate properties, how to calculate how much to offer and how to estimate the value of properties and the cost to repair them. The Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp will help new real estate investors as well as seasoned real estate investors with previous experience. Levinrad teaches new investors how to calculate comparable sales, after repair value and repair costs, which is crucial when determining how to make offers and how much to offer on bank owned properties.
