The new office will be located at 50 Catalina Isle Drive, Merritt Island, FL 32953 on the northwest corner of North Courtney Parkway.

Dr. Clevens will be hosting a grand-opening event on Thursday, October 25th from 5pm-7pm to introduce his new location to the Merritt Island community.
