Chris recognized early on that many people try to get healthier through diet or exercise but the majority do not achieve lasting results for two main reasons:
1. Their focus is too narrow – meaning people focus on just the diet, just the exercise or sometimes on both diet and exercise but they ignore all other areas of their life. In order to make lasting changes, a shift needs to happen in all areas of their life simultaneously.
