I’m seeing a growing trend in the businesses that I work with where they are allowing more time flexibility for their employees

A US Census report released this month shows that the number of people working from has soared by 41% in the past decade. Samuel Junghenn founder of Digital Marketing Agency Think Big Online says this is a sign of the change to more online-based professions.
The report, which was released and documented, on Mashable shows that the top jobs for work from home employees were Accounting, Marketing, Computer & IT, Education & Training and Medical & Health.
Another report conducted by the Labor Department in the US found that 582,000 new part time jobs were added in September with the majority of these positions being work from home positions.
These positions were filled mainly by the 16-24 year old age bracket however there were also many positions like this offered to more senior workers seeking a job share environment.
“I’m seeing a growing trend in the businesses that I work with where they are allowing more time flexibility for their employees. Instead of requiring them to work at the office they will offer flexible work environments which allow them to meet their quality of life expectations.” Said Mr Junghenn.
“Personally I think you can attract a better employee with a more flexible work environment. Often employees will give up salary increases if they can achieve quality of life increases.” Said Mr Junghenn
