Valair Aviation Renews Partnership with Blackhawk Modifications

Valair Aviation, an AGC Aerospace & Defense Company, is pleased to announce a renewed service center partnership agreement with Blackhawk Modifications. This strategic relationship enables Valair to perform Blackhawk performance upgrades for King Air 90, 200 and 350 series, Cessna Caravan, Cessna Conquest and Piper Cheyenne aircraft.

This strategic relationship enables Valair to perform Blackhawk performance upgrades for King Air 90, 200 and 350 series, Cessna Caravan, Cessna Conquest and Piper Cheyenne aircraft.

"While the aircraft is down for the Blackhawk Modification upgrades, Valair can provide other value added services such as avionics modernization, interior refurbishment, and paint. This reduces down time, and provides our customers with a fully comprehensive refurbishment or upgrade in one convenient, low cost location.”

Signing the renewal at NBAA in Orlando, Florida are Darryl Wilkerson, President of AGC Intergrated Defense Group and Jim Alleman, President of Blackhawk Modificatioms. Valair has been a Blackhawk installer since 2006, and this 3 year renewal indicates this partnership will continue for the long term.

Valair, an FAA Part 145 repair station, functions as a turnkey maintenance, repair, and overhaul company for private, public, and military aircraft. The company specializes in heavy maintenance, avionics, interiors, and painting and also serves as an FBO at the Wiley Post Airport in Oklahoma City. Valair has over 50 years of aircraft maintenance, upgrade, repair, and overhaul experience.
