AOC Solutions, Inc. (AOC) Commercial Payments Division announces deployment of enhancements to EnCompass, their flagship accounts payable (AP) automation and commercial distributed card platform.

AOC Solutions, Inc. (AOC) Commercial Payments Division today announced the deployment of enhancements to EnCompass, their flagship accounts payable (AP) automation and commercial distributed card platform. With this release, new features are available in Card Management, Security Manager, Report Studio, Transaction Management, and Payables modules, as well as enhancements to prefunds, and alerts and notifications. The release also includes behind-the-scenes support for more efficient processes and continuation of platform internationalization.

EnCompass was designed and developed to provide a unified commercial card management, reporting and AP automation solution set for financial institutions to offer their end-user clients. The solution is a fully-hosted, PCI compliant platform that allows users to combine accounts payable automation with their commercial card portfolio - including fleet, travel and entertainment (T&E), and purchasing card (P-card) - providing the ability to manage their commercial payments in one place. Web services are also available to organizations that want cloud-based solutions for real-time information.
