Hair Direct’s Customer Service team handles hundreds of phone calls, webcam consults, and online chats each week. The team is comprised of licensed Cosmetologists and Barbers. These “Hair Techs” assist clients in ordering hair systems and accessory products, as well as by answering any questions that customers might have about their hair replacement.
Now clients will be able to speak with the same Hair Tech every time they contact Hair Direct. Personal Hair techs will be assigned to customers on Hair Direct’s Standing Order Discount (SOD). The SOD is a no-commitment program that makes hair systems more affordable, allowing customers to pay a lower price for multiple hairpieces, in monthly installments.
The shift to personal Hair Techs is designed to provide Hair Direct’s most loyal customers with a familiar voice and face whenever they need help with their orders or accounts. Of course, any customer will still be able to talk to whichever Hair Tech is available, 14 hours each day, about his or her account or order. Now, however, there’s also an option for a more consistent and familiar experience.
