Following Hurricane Sandy, the Brownstone Agency, Inc. is working around the clock to become fully operational. In the meantime, they've established temporary contact and claim reporting methods.

Following the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy on the New York area, the Brownstone Agency, Inc. is working around the clock to become fully operational. The Brownstone Agency, Inc. offers insurance for condominiums, apartments and other multi-family dwellings located in New York and New Jersey.

More than 760,000 people remain without power in New York, and the Brownstone Agency office was not spared from that statistic. In addition to being without power, the agency’s main website and phone lines went down. In the interim, the agency has established a temporary web presence by using backup servers to host an information website at Customers and brokers are encouraged to visit the site for updates and information as it becomes available.

Should customers or brokers need to file a claim, they may contact RJS Adjustment Corporation between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday, by calling (718) 259-0500. To file an emergency claim after hours, contact Richard Sparacia of RJS directly by calling (347) 578-1639.
