Krasnoperova will be responsible for the people-centric processes on the oDesk platform, including customer support, trust and safety, enterprise services, sales, and business development.

Krasnoperova brings to oDesk more than 18 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles at influential companies including PayPal, eBay and Zong. As the Vice President of Fraud Management and Business Analytics, she helped guide Zong to its successful acquisition by PayPal, and most recently ran business operations for all PayPal products. Krasnoperova holds a PhD in Psychology from Stanford University and a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College.
