We are able to familiarise ourselves with the business and work out a strategy that will best catch the culprit

According to a recent report published by Sky News. Dyson launches corporate spy action against a German rival who they suspect has planted a mole within their highly-security research and development department. Dyson are taking the matter further demanding the immediate return of their property (Dyson Technology Limited v. Robert Bosch Limited & Ors, High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, HC12E04131).
The British engineering giant claims a spy passed secret information back to Bosch and was previously employed by Bosch. It is also claimed that he was paid £11,500 over two years by Bosch’s Chinese motor manufacturer.
Bosch has released a statement responding to the allegations which states
“Bosch has sought to establish the full details of what occurred, including what, if any, confidential information supposedly passed between Bosch and Dyson”.
With a large company such as Dyson becoming infiltrated by one of their own employees, Private Investigator Leeds warns that employee espionage can be a common occurrence for businesses. The investigators are often asked to investigate various types of information leaks for individuals and businesses.
A spokesperson from Private Investigator Leeds said:
“It doesn’t have to be a large corporate company like Dyson, any company can be sabotaged. For example, it could be an ex-employee with a grudge or a current employee looking for extra money. We are able to familiarise ourselves with the business and work out a strategy that will best catch the culprit”.
