Author Angel H. Lopez uses a combination of poetry and prose to impart universal spiritual ideas in his new compilation, “Quantum Particles: Emanations from the Void” (published by Balboa Press).

Interspersed with illustrations and inspirational quotes from the likes of William Blake, Walt Disney and religious figures, “Quantum Particles” is comprised mainly of poetry. Lopez also includes rap songs, a conclusion, a glossary of terms and a list of suggested reading.

Lopez’s subject matter is as wide-reaching as the universe itself. He writes about the elements, the cosmos, mathematics and other scientific concepts. The book also addresses themes of war, love, angels, demons, faith and death.

An excerpt from the poem, “Continuity Spectrum”:

The Alpha and Omega
Is said To Be
The Beginning and Ending Precise
But The Goddess/Godhead is Not
An Equation Contained
In a Limiting Sentence Concise
The Beginning
Never Is, Never Was
With a Hiatus or Pause
The Ending
Never Was, Will Be Never
For Infinity does Not
Terminate with a Dot

Readers will find deeper spiritual meaning in the pages of “Quantum Particles.”
