Interide Holdings, an asset-based provider of transportation, logistics and factoring services, and Goal Zero, a manufacturer of solar powered equipment, have teamed up to provide relief for victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Interide has provided a truck, 53 foot trailer and driver to deliver a truckload of solar powered equipment for emergency personnel to assist in the relief of Hurricane Sandy.
Sean Snow, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Interide Holdings, quickly mobilized the equipment and resources necessary to get supplies on their way to the New York – New Jersey area. “Over 7 million homes and businesses are without power along the east coast and New England area, and we want to do all we can to help people cope with devastation the hurricane has caused,” noted Mr. Snow. “Working with Goal Zero, we hope the shipment of solar powered devices will help some of the people who are without power during this difficult time.”
