Kay Hammond, one such sufferer of panic attacks, finally discovered how to work through her attacks. Now, she wants to share her discovery with the world.

In her new book Panic Attacks and Me, Hammond offers tips on how she personally learned to work through panic attacks by relinquishing control to a higher power.
