I wanted the reader to be motivated to use the life-review method on their own lives and benefit from a kind a self evaluation.

After her experiences teaching in a prison school, author Sara Brassell became inspired to write, referrencing personal encounters and her time spent with the inmates.
In her book, Live Life with God, two prisoners fight for their lives as readers see the effects of childhood incidents through the eyes of an adult.
“Writing the book revealed repressed memories of my own childhood,” says Brassell. “I saw those hardships as blessings while looking back at the goodness of God.”
Brassell believes past events can take on a new light when we examine how God has continually intervened in our lives.
Live Life with God explores works of God and actions by the people He created in a storybook form with modern characters to which the reader can relate. Brassell also addresses the root and cure for common problems such as resentment, guilt, addiction, anger, and grief.
“I wanted the reader to be motivated to use the life-review method on their own lives and benefit from a kind a self evaluation,” Brassell says.
