XBOSoft delivering presentations on Improving UX and Usability in Indiana and Orlando

Both UX and Usability can be improved based upon the context and the objectives of the organization

XBOSoft’s methodologies on improving software usability and user experience were chosen by the Better Software East Conference to be presented at the conference next week (November 4-9) in Orlando, Florida at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort.

In the Testing conference track, Dr. Philip Lew, CEO of XBOSoft, will present some of the latest methodologies in improving software usability and user experience. Phil’s presentation, entitled “The Why and How of Usability and User Experience (UX) Testing”, discusses both usability and user experience and how differentiate them as well as measure and improve them based on context and objectives of the organization.

Software testers, test and QA managers and software test engineers will gather at this yearly conference to network and advance their knowledge to meet their challenges and learn about the latest tools, trends and issues affecting software testing.

In addition to his work in software usability and user experience, Dr. Lew, as the CEO of XBOSoft, actively works with clients around the world in developing software quality measurement and evaluation programs so that the entire organization is aligned toward improving software quality, from all perspectives, most importantly the end user.

Dr. Lew is a regular speaker at QA and software testing conferences. On October 31 he also delivered a presentation at the International Conference on Software Quality (ICSQ) in Indianapolis on “Mobile Usability and User Experience, Why are They Important and How You Can Measure and Improve”.
