SmartBowler.com is pleased to announce its November lineup for professional bowling balls to be introduced through November.
Brunswick leads off on Halloween with two high performance balls from its cutting edge DV8 brand- the Nightmare and the Marauder Madness. The Nightmare replaces the Hell Raiser as the new nameplate at the top-of-the line for the DV8 arsenal. The Nightmare will be the most aggressive ball in the DV8 product line, with a SmartBowler.com hook rating of 88. The Nightmare will be introduced by SmartBowler.com at a special undrilled price of $139.95. The blue/neon yellow solid Marauder Madness follows the original Marauder to add more power to the DV8 line at a modest price. It will be introduced at Smartbowler.com at $114.95 undrilled. The Madness, with a medium RG and a new reactive coverstock, has now been rated at 85 on the SmartBowler.com hook scale. (The top rated ball on the scale is currently Storm’s Virtual Gravity Nano with a 94. Go to SmartBowler.com and click on the Ball Guide for complete ratings.)
The Venom Strike from Motiv is also appropriately released on Halloween (10/31). The Venom Strike, uniquely for high performance balls, glows in black light and the snake logo really stands out. The performance of this ball should also not disappoint. Built around a super large Gear core, with a solid reactive shell derived from the award winning Sigma Tour, the Venom Strike is designed for light-medium oil conditions. The Venom Strike will be launched at an affordable $114.98.
900 Global comes to market on November 5 with the Dirty Look. According to the company’s release, the “Dirty” is for bowlers who “need a clean path through the trenches up front and a powerful back end snap down lane". The Dirty Look has a medium-high RG asymmetric core and a pearl shell. SmartBowler.com will offer the Dirty Look at $148.98 undrilled.
Two of Ebonite International’s brands, Columbia 300 and Track, launch on November 13. For Columbia it’s the third ball in the popular Eruption series- the Mass Eruption. The Eruption series features the Resurgence core, which has been synonymous with performance, going all the way back to the original 2007 ball. The cover is a hybrid, with the navy blue color containing a pearl additive and the baby blue a solid pour. This combination responds extremely well to surface tweaking providing great versatility, checking in out of the box at an 82 SmartBowler.com hook rating. The Mass Eruption offers a lot at a $119.95 introductory price on SmartBowler.com.
Also on November 13, Track will launch the 811 C/T. For those who have misplaced their Track decoder ring, the first digit, 8, places this design right below the highest performance “9” series. The “11” indicates the strength of the core, which has ranged from “00” to “20” to date. The “C” stands for “Control” and the “T” stands for “Traction”; this is Track’s first ball carrying both letters. For Track fans that are familiar with the 716C, 716T, 811A, and 912T, take a look at this ball. Track says the 811 C/T will be the ball of choice, at an intro $149.95 price, for bowlers of all styles looking for versatility and consistency.
Then, on November 14, it’s Brunswick again with two additions sporting the “Big B” Brunswick logo- the Aura and the Meanstreak. The Aura will begin a new series, replacing the Nexus line. The Aura combines a new low RG core and a new cover with performance-enhancing additive chemistry. The design is intended to preserve axis rotation, rotational energy, and ball speed to generate the highest angular velocity of any Brunswick ball to date. The goal is to transfer maximum energy to the pins for increased action and higher scores. At the top of the Brunswick line, the Aura will go for $154.95 including a limited-time introductory discount.
The Meanstreak also launches a new series, replacing the C-System line. The red/black pearl Meanstreak features a high RG symmetrical core and a pearl coverstock to produce a ball motion that easily skids down the lane on medium to light oil conditions. At an affordable $129.95, the versatile Meanstreak should fit a variety of lane conditions and budgets.
The final intro for November will be the Persevere, coming from Ebonite on November 20, just in time for Thanksgiving weekend shoppers. The Persevere has a new V5 core, reminiscent of the carry provided by the proven V2 core from years past. The cover is a hybrid in a good looking Orange, Teal, and Black color combination. The Persevere will make a good gift for an improving league bowler at $119.95.
All of these great new balls will be available from SmartBowler.com immediately on their official release dates. SmartBowler.com is the only on-line store which combines the convenience of the internet with the professional service of experienced pro shop technicians; SmartBowler dealers can be depended on for service before and after the sale.
