On Thursday, November 15 at 3:30 PM, Ken Nakata will present a high-level legal and technical review of existing laws and recent developments. Nakata will look at how the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act were created in simpler times with different challenges. The presentation will review some of the more recent developments, both from a legal and technical perspective. It will also give practical suggestions for meeting these challenges.
