R. Jeffrey Kimball, former CEO of L.R. Kimball, recently launched a consulting business aimed at helping the leaders of mid-sized closely held businesses accelerate growth.

Jeff leverages a proven methodology, The Execution Maximizer™, and over 20 years of leadership experience to help business leaders define their vision, develop their strategy, and execute on their plan. His approach relies heavily on organizational alignment, process improvement, and using actionable metrics to drive plan execution.

"As a former CEO, I know firsthand the value of a consultant. It's not easy to both lead and facilitate a planning session and be a critical observer. Having a partner to help my team be accountable, measure progress, and adjust our plan was invaluable," said Jeff. He now works with CEOs and business leaders to implement the same methodology that he used to accelerate growth in his own organization.

Jeff served as President and CEO of L.R. Kimball, a professional services firm that employed over 500 people and specialized in architecture, engineering, and communications technology. He continues to assist the Kimball organization as President Emeritus. Under his leadership, the company earned the reputation of being an industry leader, and achieved "Best Places to Work" status. Jeff's current engagements include assisting clients with identifying and implementing new business ventures, plan development and execution, and assisting with strategic initiatives and business relationships.
