Even the most talented artists struggle to find full-time work that pays well. Writers can kick the starving artist stereotype to the curb and win up to a $1250 cash 1st Prize, $500 2nd Prize, $250 3rd Prize and one of three full-time job offers, just by predicting the future of marketing in at least 600 words in a nationwide contest. Inbound Marketing Agents (IMA), a full-service digital marketing agency based in the greater Nashville area, is pleased to announce a national talent search for the best writers.

Content marketing is the core component of the inbound marketing model, which has been proven to generate more leads for businesses at a lower cost than traditional marketing methods. Producing enough content to draw leads into their sales funnel is a bottleneck for most companies, who lack the resources, time and experience to produce exceptional blog content, eBooks, videos and infographics. Since consumers increasingly use Google and social media networks to research products, traditional marketing techniques have become less effective. IMA is positioned to fill the ever-growing need for engaging content marketing and is recruiting the top writers in the nation to join our team.

“The marketing realm is facing a unique challenge where there’s actually a shortage of talent that can meet the growing need for content marketing. The latest research by Content Marketing Institute and Marketing Profs indicates the single biggest challenge facing the majority of B2B marketers is producing enough content,” states Sam Mallikarjunan, former Head of Experimental Marketing at HubSpot who recently joined the IMA team as Chief Marketing Officer. Contest entries will be put through a basic screening process and posted to the IMA company blog. 25 contest finalists will be selected based on earning the most social media shares through the built-in sharing module on the company blog. A panel of content marketing experts will rank finalists, award cash prizes and an invite the top three writers to join the IMA team, provided basic qualifications, including eligibility to work in the US, are met.
