Law firms must closely manage and track internal access to client information for many reasons. These include waiver-driven ethical screens, client outside counsel guidelines, and compliance with regulations such as the HITECH Act, ITAR and several data privacy laws.

Wall Builder is a web-based information security and confidentiality lifecycle management application that enables organizations to centrally control, monitor and report on user access permissions across multiple applications, including document management, accounting, portal, CRM, time entry and records management systems. It also automates notifications to individuals subject to specific policies and tracks acknowledgments for compliance purposes.

“This is the fourth straight year we’ve seen independent, third-party ILTA data confirm Wall Builder’s position as the most adopted product by mid-sized and large law firms,” said Pat Archbold, Head of IntApp’s Risk Practice Group. “Surveys like these are just one of several indicators of our continuing momentum, the most important of which are our growing customer roster and growing record of swift and successful product implementations.”
