KnowledgeLake Connect is a robust solution that streamlines business operations and enhances the SharePoint collaboration experience by enabling users with the ability to create, manage, store and retrieve virtually all types of business content in SharePoint. The solution upgrade includes powerful enhancements that improve the processes of uploading, searching and exploring SharePoint content.

Connect now delivers even tighter Microsoft Office integration. The solution allows users to save content directly to SharePoint from within Word, Excel and PowerPoint in their native format as well as PDF or XPS files. Connect’s seamless Outlook integration empowers users with the ability to easily manage email messages and attachments. In bringing SharePoint to Outlook, users can easily save emails and attachments in SharePoint and automatically capture email metadata using drag and drop.

Access all SharePoint content (2007, 2010, 2013, SharePoint Online/Office 365) from a single application – eliminating extra clicks and browser loading time. Easily view documents and manage SharePoint properties without launching native applications, using the lightweight Connect Viewer.

Save content, such as Office documents, PDF files and email messages and attachments, on an ad-hoc basis, in a single step. Using the same rich client experience, KnowledgeLake Connect also provides a new rich and robust scan client for desktop scanning.

  • Search & Retrieve SharePoint content

Keyword searches and targeted searches based on metadata make document retrieval effortless and efficient. Users can take advantage of local / server-side saved SharePoint searches and create “Favorite Searches” on the fly.
