Family owned and operated Maryland propane services company ThompsonGas is excited to announce the recent hiring of Dean K. In October 2012, Mosher joined the Thompson team as president of HVAC operations for the Boonsboro, Md., and Bradley, W.Va., facilities. In his new role, Mosher helps troubleshoot difficult HVAC related issues, including service and repair. Before joining ThompsonGas, Mosher spent seven years employed at Tyler Mechanical Contracting, first as manager of the Services Division and most recently as vice president of the Construction Division. Mosher has also been employed as a sheet metal worker, CAD draftsman, service technician, installer and project manager at companies including Sander Mechanical Service, Inc.; Independent Sheet Metal Co., Inc.; and Bonland Industries, Inc. A native of New Jersey, Mosher has a bachelor’s degree in business management from York College of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America and a journeyman sheet metal worker.
Jardeleza joined ThompsonGas in September 2012 as showroom manager responsible for sales, vendor relationships, advertising, marketing and merchandising of the company’s new local retail showroom in Boonsboro, Md. Jardeleza has more than 35 years of experience in sales and business, most recently as part owner and chief operating officer of M&M Appliance in Washington, D.C. In nine years at the company, Jardeleza helped grow the small family business to become the largest independent supplier of kitchen appliances in Washington, D.C. He also founded Capital Wholesale Appliances and was responsible for managing three award-winning Verizon Wireless Zone stores in Bethesda, Germantown and Olney, Md. A native of Keedysville, Md., Jardeleza and his family have a strong personal connection to Boonsboro and the local community that the retail showroom serves. His children all graduated from Boonsboro High School, and Jardeleza serves on the Parish Council of Boonsboro’s St. James Church.
