dwinQ, the global leader in social media amplification, announces the addition of Joe Rice, Director of European Business Development, to lead the company’s expansion abroad.

Contributing a strong high tech background, Joe joins dwinQ from Cisco where he spent the past six years in their Emerging Markets Group in London. His tenure included several roles within Strategy & Planning, Business Development, and Account Management. Prior to Cisco he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Romania where he worked with the City of Constanta on economic development projects and EU accession initiatives.

A native of Indiana, Joe came to Europe 12 years ago for what he thought was a one year assignment in Ireland, and is now a permanent resident of England. Joe has a BS from Indiana University where he was a member and letterman of Indiana University’s Men’s Varsity Track & Field Team. He attained an MBA from Oxford University where he founded and led the London Chapter of Oxford Business Alumni.

He joined dwinQ for the opportunity to expand the business in a very exciting space, stating, “dwinQ is at the crossroads of social media marketing and experiential marketing.
