Jeff Raizner and Andrew Slania of Doyle Raizner LLP spoke at the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA) fall conference. The conference took place on October 25 and 26 in San Antonio, TX.

Jeff Raizner, a featured speaker of the conference, was part of a panel discussion concerning the ethics of insurance claim files. Andrew Slania is a co-instructor for PA 101, an introduction course for new public adjusters and a refresher session for more experienced adjusters. This introductory class was the first time TAPIA is offering it.

Raizner’s panel discussion, “What Texas Public Adjusters Ethically Should and Should Not Include in their Claim File,” included an interactive scenario driven question and answer with attendees.
