Lex Mundi has published an update to its Pre-Merger Notification Global Practice Guide which includes substantive overviews for 45 jurisdictions around the world.

A substantial and ever-increasing number of jurisdictions have implemented pre-merger notification procedures. This guide provides a detailed summary about the different pre-merger notification procedures in each jurisdiction. Items addressed include the current regulatory regimes and agencies in place, initial and post-filing requirements, and the sanctions and penalties that can arise.
