The new release features enhancements which make ClientTrack software even more user-friendly and accessible to thousands of people working in human services who currently rely on the software. ClientTrack 2012ex is a platform wide release that will seamlessly update ClientTrack 2012 environments without the need for upgrade processes.

Google Chrome Compatibility - ClientTrack is now fully compatible with the popular Google Chrome™ web browser. ClientTrack 2012ex is also compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and many mobile web browsers.

Enhanced Web Accessibility - In an effort to adhere to the latest web accessibility standards, additional interaction features have been incorporated into ClientTrack 2012ex. The software has been tested with and can now be used with JAWS™ Screen Reading Software and other screen readers designed for the visually impaired. Additionally, new keyboard shortcuts can be used to navigate through the menus and screens without the need of a traditional point and click device.    

Expanded Import/Export Capabilities - As collaboration between human service organizations becomes more commonplace, the ability to import and export data becomes crucial. With ClientTrack 2012ex, system administrators and program managers will benefit from improved exporting interfaces that allow users to more easily export data without the need for deep technical knowledge. A new feature also allows users to view and analyze incoming data before accepting data from an import.
