Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. Join other industry professionals to develop best practices to today's top HR challenges.

TNS Employee Insights will participate in the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) on Thursday, November 8th at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. As a global leader in survey research, consulting and technology that offers specific solutions for increasing retention of top talent, engagement, brand experience and growth, TNS will engage with other HR professionals to develop best practices and solutions for the top HR challenges organizations currently plaguing organizations.

According to HRMAC, "The role of human resources has never been more important to business success than it is today. HR leaders must have the knowledge, skills and agility to respond to changing demands from various internal and external forces and to meet the needs employees, shareholders, senior leaders and other stakeholders.

The HRMAC Summit provides an opportunity to examine the factors affecting businesses today, such as poor retention strategies, decreased engagement, and misguided leadership. Together, human resouces professionals will join other industry leaders to develop best practices and drive success.

In addition to the showroom floor, HRMAC Summit will feature educational sessions being moderated by industry professionals including Penelope Trunk, presenting on “How to Talk the Talk With Today’s Top Talent;” Anne G. Robinson, director of supply chain strategy and analytics of Verizon Wireless, who will discuss "Predictive Analytics” using data-driven decision making skills; and Richard Greene, the leading communications coach, and author of Words that Shook the World: 100 Year of Unforgettable Speeches and Events, in which he will provide an analysis of "The Science of Charisma: The 7 Secrets of Public Speaking.”
