These meditations have helped many teenagers grow in their faith and love for God
(PRWEB) November 08, 2012
TOLEDO, Ohio – Author Dianna Miller presents a collection of exercises to strengthen faith and instill guiding principles in teenagers’ lives in her new nonfiction, “Spiritual Meditations for Teenagers - Volume 1” (published by iUniverse).
Taking a departure from other spiritual meditation guides, Miller has created a unique program designed for use during the traditional 36-week school year that can be utilized by parents and teachers alike. The book gives guidance for living a faith-filled life, helps instill morals and values and shows teenagers how to make time to spend with God.
A combination of deep breathing exercises, silent prayers, visualizations and discussion questions promote self-reflection, awareness and encourage a deeper, more fulfilling relationship with Jesus Christ. Teens are given spiritual direction and armed with the tools to build a solid foundation of faith.
“These meditations have helped many teenagers grow in their faith and love for God,” Miller writes. “It teaches them the importance of spending time in prayer and living a meaningful Christian life.”
