At the 2012 Engagement and Experience Expo in Dallas, TX, Altair Customer Intelligence presented research that was done in conjunction with Loyalty360. The white paper entitled “Data Management: The DNA to Loyalty Program Success” offers marketers an in depth review of data management, its hurdles, and best practices for executing a high performing program using proven techniques for data collection, integration, analysis and predictive analytics for segmentation.
The white paper was based on in-depth surveys with over 100 marketers in North America. The survey looked at companies with and without loyalty programs and found that as companies evolved their data management process to include analytics, reporting and predictive modeling, the more aware they became of short-comings in each area, but at the same time became more profitable with their efforts.
