Shipmate integrates directly with Chatter, Salesforce.com’s collaboration product, to enable shipping and updating of tracking information in real-time. Shipmate for UPS supports rates and services selection, international forms generation, thermal label printing, scheduled pick-ups and many more features available from UPS. Shipmate also allows the merchant to easily email customers RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) labels. The application is UPS Ready® certified and is available on the Salesforce.com AppExchange.
