The message of the book will be experienced differently by each reader. As each picture or poem is studied more intently, images and insights are revealed that were previously hidden.

In a unique combination of art and poetry, Rev. Janet Purcell and John C. Campbell, RM/T take readers through a personal, spiritual journey.

With “Threads of Two Voices,” Purcell and Campbell explore the depths of the human condition and our hunger for the deeper, higher meaning of life. It invites us to journey within our own consciousness and to link ourselves to the source of human life.

The book, which combines Campbell’s art with Purcell’s poetry, is a spiritual expression that aims to awaken the reader and offer encouragement in their individual spiritual journey.

“The message of the book will be experienced differently by each reader,” says Purcell. “As each picture or poem is studied more intently, images and insights are revealed that were previously hidden. Readers may find answers they are searching for by using the messages in the book to look inside themselves.”

According to the authors, the true beauty of the book lies in the arrangement of the art and poetry. Created and arranged independently, the works complement each other and carry a distinct message.

“With ‘Threads of Two Voices,’ the words and images are not deliberately organized to support one another,” says Campbell. “There are two independent stories that are interweaved and are still mutually supporting.”

The book, envisioned by the authors as a spiritual dialogue, can be used as a tool to help readers find their inner selves and be at peace with the world around them – both physical and divine.
