It can be safely stated that I try to connect to the subscriber with factual information in an understandable manner.

Recently R Frederick Riddle, founder and editor of Point of View newsletter, was asked, "How do you view the transformation of Point of View and what can we expect in the future?

"Well, the first issue was published in July of 2011. It had two feature columns: Fundamentalist, Creationist Viewpoint and Miracles of Evolution. It still has those columns, although the first title has been shortened to Creationist View. While it is still fundamental, the essence of the column is creationist.

"I have also added more content so that now the newsletter has such additional columns as: Personal News, In The News, Miscellaneous, and Thought of the Day. My current thinking is to retain the existing structure, which allows me the freedom to express my views on a wide range of topics. I am thinking, however, of adding a link to my Blog Talk Radio show fittingly named the R Frederick Riddle Show.

Mr. Riddle added, "One of the features I am proudest about is how the newsletter interacts with the rest of my ventures. From the menu bar, a subscriber can access with a simple click my website, my blog Riddle's World, or communicate with me via Twitter or Facebook."

Asked what value a subscriber can expect from Point of View, Mr. Riddle responded, "A creationist look at the world and news events from a lay person. That's the short answer.

"But a more meaningful answer would be that I, as a Christian Fundamentalist and Creationist, make use of the Bible to view the scientific and secular world we live in today. I, of course, express my own thoughts, but I also connect the reader to articles written by others. For example, for In The News, I directed the reader to an article about our Mars Rover named Curiosity.

"It can be safely stated that I try to connect to the subscriber with factual information in an understandable manner. An interesting side note is that one of my subscribers prints out each issue and puts it in a binder so that he has all the issues together.

"This can be helpful to others as I often do a series in either Creationist View or Miracles of Evolution."
