Our firm is growing and we needed a new headquarters office that was more spacious and more centrally located. Our new office perfectly meets this need.

Morris|Hardwick|Schneider and LandCastle Title have moved their corporate offices to Buckhead, according to an announcement today by Nat Hardwick, managing partner of Morris|Hardwick|Schneider (M|H|S) and CEO of LandCastle Title. The firms’ new headquarters are located at 3560 Lenox Road.

Greg Thorne has been tapped to head up real estate closings at the new office. Also managed from this new headquarters will be M|H|S’s and LandCastle Title’s East Coast Operations. Linda Krebs, a partner in the law firm, is leading these expansion efforts, which are presently focused on Maryland, Virginia and South Carolina.

“Our firm is growing and we needed a new headquarters office that was more spacious and more centrally located. Our new office perfectly meets this need,” Hardwick said. “We will continue to handle real estate closings in our former headquarters in Dunwoody as well.”

The new Buckhead office will also house the firm’s emerging sports and entertainment law practice, which Hardwick oversees. The firm is currently working with PGA golfer Dustin Johnson as well as other professional athletes on transactional matters, including the negotiation of endorsement contracts.

“I am an avid golfer, and my dedication to the sport has provided me with the opportunity to get to know several professional golfers on the PGA tour. Over time, a level of trust developed and a few of these outstanding athletes began asking my advice on legal matters. Our new sports and entertainment practice arose from these types of inquiries,” Hardwick said.

“Real estate law will always be the primary focus of our firm. I am passionate about this, which is why we are building on our national reputation in the real estate industry by expanding into other states. This new boutique practice allows me to supplement my work in real estate with work on my other passion – for golf and those who play it at the highest level. It’s an exciting time at our firm.”

In other news, Hardwick announced that Dan Caserto has been promoted to senior managing attorney and will head up M|H|S’s offices in Duluth and Buford.

“Dan is an outstanding attorney and we are happy to announce this promotion, along with his new role in Duluth and Buford, where he will bring energy, organization and the high level of service our clients expect,” Hardwick said. “We look forward to his excellent work at this office.”
