(AERC Recycling Solutions), one of the largest universal waste and electronics recyclers in the United States has completed an agreement for a change in ownership as of October 31, 2012. Robert W. Landmesser, Founder and CEO of AERC Recycling Solutions, is the Company’s largest shareholder, and has reached an agreement with Recycling Holdings, LLC of Nashville, Tennessee. The agreement will transfer Mr. Landmesser’s majority share of AERC stock to Recycling Holdings. This change in ownership will allow AERC to conduct business as usual, service its customers and follow its course of pursuing new business opportunities in order to remain competitive in the marketplace and continuously improve the customer experience. Recycling Holdings and its affiliate have been involved with AERC over the past five years.
