Consultant Services Group, a family run business, employing over 2,000 people and a provider of contract cleaning, catering and vending services, were introduced to Vendman and their ‘integrated management control systems’ in a bid to understand how they could monitor the performance of their machines more efficiently.
With over seventy-five percent of vending operators opting to utilise Vendman software, CSG felt confident that Vendman were able to assist them in providing continual improvement in the quality of their goods and services.
With 1,600 vending machines managed by Consultant Services Group, the potential to provide a more competitive, efficient and profitable offering through this collaboration is significant. Through monitoring sales as they happen, opportunities can be identified, and a greater level of customer service presented. Improvement of levels of efficiency is something that is particularly important for CSG, who are operating in an already highly efficient and competitive industry.
It's not just the relationship between Vendman and CSG’s Vending Services however that is set to benefit from the collaboration, rather the potential of bespoke solutions for both CSG’s Contract Catering and Contract Cleaning too. This exciting proposition would give CSG a competitive edge over their industry peers, whilst allowing Vendman to diversify into a new market sector.
