Revenue rose 22% month over month which is one of the key indicators of overall performance, but the overall success goes much deeper than that.

NextUC believes that as customers use more of the product, their satisfaction with the overall experience will increase as well. Telephone usage grew 36%, video conferencing usage grew 61%, multi-media web conferencing (http://www.nextuc.com/why-nextuc/video-conferencing-nextuc/) usage grew 34%, and audio conferencing grew 23% in month over month comparisons. These combined metrics indicate that NextUC has a customer base that is growing and is also using the wide variety of unified communications and collaboration service (http://www.nextuc.com). Not surprisingly, NextUC’s customers rated their overall satisfaction with the product experience a 34 which is dramatically higher than industry standards for communication oriented companies.
