Preferences have evolved for primary care physicians (PCPs) according to the results of a multi-year comparative analysis released today with critical commentary by CMI/Compas. The multi-year comparative study used CMI/Compas proprietary ByDoctor® OnDemand™ promotional response data going back to 2009, concluding that as sales forces dwindle, it’s exponentially important for Pharma to engage with PCPs based on their growing multi-channel affinity.
“At a time when physician access is increasingly important, one thing is black and white: doctors want a relationship with Pharma, with a growing affinity for non-personal contact to stay informed and engaged,” said Dr. Susan Dorfman, Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, who contributed to the research.
