Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP is proud to welcome Jay R.S. Parks as a new attorney in the firm’s Indianapolis office. Parks will be joining the firm’s Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group after earning his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law earlier this year.

Parks earned a graduate certificate in environmental and natural resource law while at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During that time, Parks also earned his master’s degree in public management from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Parks has shown a strong commitment to the city of Indianapolis by serving as a founding member of the Indiana University Student Outreach Clinic, which provides legal help to the underserved population of Indianapolis.
Parks is originally from Austin, Ind., earning his bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana State University in 2002. While at Indiana State, Parks was the recipient of the William Byrd Scholarship and was named an ISU Presidential Scholar. He is also fluent in the French and Spanish languages.
