The Social Media Wall features real time feeds from the Facebook and Twitter of Ellandi’s corporate account and its property portfolio, including Colston Tower, Newlands Centre, Grays Shopping Centre, and The Walnuts Shopping Centre. An innovative design enables it to showcase different types of content avoiding the necessity to visit separate accounts on their individual SM platforms thus keeping visitors on the website.
Ellandi says: "The internet is providing huge challenges to the traditional retail market, however Ellandi is embracing the opportunities it offers too". Ellandi has put in place a social media strategy for all of its assets, which enables them to work more effectively with their occupiers to target relevant messages to their shoppers and interact with them; building loyalty. The idea was to bring all pieces of social media buzz across the company’s assets together in one place.

Additional features of the new website include a bespoke Content Management System (CMS) with integrated marketing communications system developed especially for Ellandi, an interactive map showcasing their portfolio and investor centre. The website reflects Ellandi’s market leading position and provides full information for investors.
