FMG will offer solutions during two sessions on exhibitor retention and overcoming attendance barriers

Association executives will develop new strategic thinking habits to “grow your show” as Frost Miller Group (FMG) presents two sessions and exhibits at Booth 1020 at IAEE Expo! Expo! December 4-6, 2012.
“Stop Guessing and Start Growing: Identifying and Overcoming Attendance Barriers” will be a dynamic and interactive discussion on how participants can create and deploy a successful non-attendee survey, a review of common barriers and an interactive discussion that explores new solutions to overcome barriers promoting growth.

“Developing an Exhibitor Retention Strategy for the New Economic Landscape: 10 Tactics to Take Home,” discusses implementing or updating existing exhibitor retention strategies based on the change in the economic landscape for tradeshows, from downturn to recovery. The session incorporates group exercises affording attendees the opportunity to brainstorm and share new retention tactics and introduces the concept of having an exhibitor retention strategy while providing resources and best practices for successful implementation.

Frost Miller’s Chief Account Strategist Barbara Myers, CAE, will lead both sessions, the first on December 4th from 10:15-11:15 a.m. and the second on December 6th from 3:15-4:15 p.m. FMG President, Kevin Miller, Tradeshow Logic President B.J. Enright and iCERT Executive Director George Rice will assist Myers in presenting concrete steps to build successful marketing and conference planning strategies.

Myers will draw on her previous experience as chief operations officer at the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International. “I truly learned how valuable this information and planning is during my time at APCO,” said Myers.

FMG will also be exhibiting at Booth 1020 during Expo! Expo! Attendees can stop and smell the roses and view a portfolio of tradeshow marketing campaigns and discuss the ROI earned from each.
