Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) November 12, 2012
Enghouse Interactive, developer of the most comprehensive portfolio of interaction management solutions, has won the “Innovator of the Year - Large Company” award for the 2012 Arizona Governor’s Celebration of Innovation Awards (GCOI). The GCOI is the Arizona Technology Council's annual awards gala held in partnership with the Arizona Commerce Authority that honors technology leaders and innovators from across the state.
One of three finalists in its category along with American Express and IBM, Enghouse Interactive earned the award for its innovative Contact Center: Enterprise (also known as Syntellect CIM), which is a highly adaptable, multi-channel platform that enables mid-market contact centers to deliver a superior customer experience by increasing agent productivity and improving overall contact center performance. With Contact Center: Enterprise, organizations can communication-enable their specific business processes and have the flexibility to deploy on premise or in the cloud, optimizing costs and meeting enterprise contact center needs now and in the future.
“It was an honor for us to be nominated with the likes of American Express and IBM, and an even greater privilege to be named the winner,” said Christoph Mosing, president of Enghouse Interactive. “This accomplishment is directly attributable to our customers, partners and Enghouse Interactive team driving product innovation and excellence in customer service built on our products and services. We are very proud of this recognition, as it is a testament to Enghouse Interactive’s investment, dedication and commitment to bringing customer interactions to a higher level.”
"The GCOI awards event honors leaders whose vision, passion and dedication are helping to change the world and propel Arizona to a position of economic strength," said Steven G. Zylstra, president and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council.
