The Board of Directors for Conasys is pleased to announce the appointment of Jerry Bauer as Chief Executive Officer and MJ Whitemarsh as Chair, Advisory Committee. These appointments come as Conasys, the largest supplier of online Homeowner Portals and printed Homeowner Guides to the residential construction industry in Canada gets set to launch its second generation product offering. The product developments will further assist Conasys’ home builder clients in providing superior customer service to their homeowners in an increasingly competitive environment and with ever increasing needs to provide comprehensive information online to meet today’s homeowners’ expectations.

Mr. Bauer joined Conasys in February 2012 having previously worked with KATO Investment, one of Egypt’s largest privately owned conglomerates with over 4,000 employees, holding leadership roles as Chief Investment Officer and executive level strategy and finance roles in their real estate and aerospace subsidiaries. Mr. Bauer has an extensive multi-disciplinary background which will be relied upon to lead the imminent product update and rollout throughout Conasys’ entire national client base.

MJ Whitemarsh joins Conasys having served as the CEO for the Canadian Home Builders’ Associations of British Columbia (CHBA-BC) for the past thirteen years, where she was instrumental in spearheading multiple initiatives including the advancement of professional industry standards and the expansion of sustainable construction practices in BC through environmental stewardship. MJ’s three decades of industry experience will help shape the product development process as it pertains to industry needs as well as help identify future growth opportunities for the company.
