It is my concerned prayer and hope that you will discover the ‘power in the gospel’ as you read, believe, and read again the words of this little book,” Watson declares. “May the Lord Jesus Christ Himself give you understanding in all things.

Returning home after ministering across the world, seeing the shallowness of the preaching and teaching of many churches and the resulting lack of understanding of congregations in general, Harold Watson felt the need to make a serious change. With his book “The Gospel of Jesus Christ” (published by Trafford Publishing), Watson offers Christians a simple theological explanation of the fundamental elements of the Gospel.
With “The Gospel of Jesus Christ,” Watson hopes to help define what the Old and New Testaments reveal to be humanity’s most basic problem and what our Creator did to resolve it. He points out that the scriptures of the Bible do not introduce a religion, but rather is a revelation of what is true concerning our beginning, the purpose of our existence and God’s provision of our deliverance from “this present evil age.”
Watson explains that his book is especially relevant because of the increasing darkness or, as he puts it, the absence of Light or Truth, that is enveloping in the minds of people. “An increasing portion of the world’s population is deliberately rejecting what is true and embracing what is false,” he says. “‘The Gospel of Jesus Christ’ provides a clear ray of Light to those who seek it.”
“It is my concerned prayer and hope that you will discover the ‘power in the gospel’ as you read, believe, and read again the words of this little book,” Watson declares. “May the Lord Jesus Christ Himself give you understanding in all things.”
