Born in Mexico City to a Mexican mother and a Colombian father, Gabriella Parra (also known as Gabriella Madrid) currently lives in San Diego, California with her husband. She’s the mother of one daughter, and has spent her life developing her voice as an author. She graduated from St. Thomas University in Houston, Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. Having attended a boarding school in Switzerland and studied throughout Europe, she is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. The Betrayal is her first novel but she is already working on her second book.
